To achieve this, we conduct a professional analysis of each proposal and the specific business from a multidisciplinary perspective, incorporating legal, economic, financial, and commercial advisory. In this way, we manage to isolate the main components of credit risk and minimize them to the maximum, favoring the acquisition of resources from the underlying business, whether through private, institutional investors, or even banking agents.

The versatility of the developed products allows them to be adapted to various financial needs, such as:

New investments in fixed assets, movable or immovable property.
Working capital financing, with investor credit or through the participation in financing from the company’s own suppliers or clients.

We also provide the service of Fiduciary Agent, managing autonomous assets and acting with the prudence and diligence of a good businessman. To this end, we are registered as a Professional Trustee with the Central Bank of Uruguay, being controlled by this body and audited by independent auditors.
