Who we are

FIDURUGUAY is a fiduciary services proposal with over 20 years of experience in the Uruguayan market. Its main objective is to define and structure operations using the legal figure of the TRUST created by Law No. 17.703. We aim to enhance the use of a financial instrument, which is widely developed in the international market, in our country. This instrument offers alternative instrumental solutions to traditional ones, expanding the available forms of guarantees and covering a wide range of operations. 

To fulfill these activities, FIDURUGUAY has a multidisciplinary team of advisors who analyze and develop potential businesses. It has also established a company whose specific purpose is to act as a professional fiduciary agent, under the terms and conditions of the trust contract.

FIDURUGUAY is formed by the Luis E. Lecueder Studio, the Ramela Abogados Studio, and the Regules Studio, all with extensive experience in the Uruguayan market and vast expertise in business advisory, planning, development, and management, as well as legal, accounting, and tax advisory.
