Complejo Carrasco Boating

It consists of 2 residential building towers with over 32,000 m2. The first one, TOWER 1, was completed at the beginning of 2022, achieving commercial and landscaping success in the area.

TOWER 2 began construction in early 2023, with delivery of the units expected by the end of 2025. The project is being developed jointly by Architect KIMELMAN and LUIS E. LECUEDER Studio, with the participation of GOMEZ PLATERO Studio in the executive project, all leaders in their respective fields.
